Youth unemployment and uncertain job opportunities are issues that affect the whole of Europe.

The starting point of these problems is the lack of proper education and development opportunities. Young people with weaker job opportunities and young people with an immigrant or refugee background are particularly exposed. This often goes hand in hand with discrimination and marginalization and in the worst case can even lead to radicalization.

People who have become socially rejected have weaker access to quality education and an appropriate stakeholder group. The purpose of the project is to empower disadvantaged youth, prevent radicalization, unite stakeholders and external factors, and generally promote employment.

The goal is to combine resources with partners and thus be better prepared to support the needs of the target group with the common idea of ​​”commit, unite, empower.”

We want to supplement the official education program with alternative learning methods that help young people achieve key skills for working life and support them in both individual and professional growth.

GOALS

1. Empowerment of the target group by increasing the partners’ resources

2. Establishing participation laboratories in member organizations

3. Offer local target groups means for personal and professional development

4. Career days in each country

5. Create a manual for the Participation Laboratory

6. Promotes social inclusion and employment and prevents radicalization
